STEP 01Reservation
Please make a reservation by phone (0599-52-1211) or at the hotel front desk (reservations required).
We will ask you about your desired date, time and course and decide on the treatment date.
Spa hours: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00)*For inquiries regarding reservations, please contact us between 9:00 and 17:00.

STEP 02Pre-treatment counseling
On the day of the treatment, we will ask you in detail about the condition of your skin at the salon.
Relax and receive counseling. -
STEP 03Treatment
Enjoy a unique and luxurious experience in a private space where you can relax both body and mind.

STEP 04After-counseling
We will check the effects of the treatment and the condition of your skin. Please feel free to ask us for advice on how to care for your skin at home.

Reservation
Please make a reservation by phone (0599-52-1211) or at the hotel front desk (reservations required).
If you are currently undergoing treatment for an illness or injury, or if you have allergies or have been injured, please be sure to consult your doctor before making a reservation.
The spa is available to those aged 18 and over.
Male guests may pair with female guests. -
Change/Cancel
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us within business hours two days in advance.
If you cancel on the day, the following fees will be charged:
The day before: 20% of the treatment fee. *No charge if you change the day before.
Up to 6 hours before the day: 50% of the treatment fee
6 hours before the reservation time: 100% of the treatment fee
No notice: 100% of treatment feePlease note that if you arrive after your scheduled time, your treatment time will be shortened.
*If you cancel an accommodation plan, a cancellation fee for the accommodation plan will be charged. -
Arrival time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.

Facility Usage Information
- Reservations are required.
- Please note that depending on your skin condition and health condition, we may refuse to perform the treatment.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol before your treatment. Treatment can make you more likely to become intoxicated. If you are extremely drunk, we will refuse your treatment.
- Please avoid receiving this treatment immediately after eating a lot.
- If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before treatment.
(Please bring your contact lens case if you are receiving a facial treatment.) - For body care, you will be asked to remove your clothes, but we will provide special paper underwear.
- Smoking is prohibited within the facility.
- Please turn off your cell phones and mobile devices while inside the facility.

The following people cannot receive treatment, or depending on the severity of their condition, we may refrain from providing treatment.
- If you have skin inflammation such as dermatitis or excessive sunburn
- If you are pregnant or have recently given birth (at least 3 months)
- Heart disease and high blood pressure
- If you are using a pacemaker or other medical electronic device
- If you have wounds, eczema, swelling, etc. on your skin, or if you are currently receiving medical treatment for skin problems such as skin disease
- People with allergies and extremely sensitive skin
- Regularly taking hormone or other medications
- Those undergoing treatment for sprains, bruises, fractures, etc.
- Those currently receiving medical treatment for other serious illnesses
- Those with tattoos
